Coins come from two sources: passive income generated automatically by your built enterprises, and manual sweeps when you tap a plot on the game screen. Rapid taps build a combo multiplier — keep the streak alive for up to triple payout per sweep. The higher the enterprise tier and level, the more coins it produces per second.

Four enterprise types are available across the Reign ladder: Gem Den (Tier 1, available from the start), Gilded Watering Hole (Tier 2, unlocks in Reign 2), Royal Treasury (Tier 3, unlocks in Reign 3), and Dynasty Vault (Tier 4, unlocks in Reign 4). Each tier has higher build costs but significantly greater income and empire value per plot. Every 5 upgrade levels is a Milestone that doubles that enterprise's output.

Each Reign has a Fortune goal — a total empire value you need to reach. Fortune is calculated from the combined market worth of all your built enterprises. When your Fortune meets the goal, you win the Reign and earn 1–3 stars based on how efficiently you built (fewer total build and upgrade actions = more stars). Your coins and all enterprises carry forward into the next Reign.

From time to time, a glowing coin will drift across the game screen. Tap it before it escapes to bank 45 seconds of passive income instantly. The Lucky Coin always awards at least 60 coins even when your income is still low. It reappears regularly — keep an eye on the savanna.

Yes. Richard accumulates passive income while you're away, up to an offline cap. When you return to the main menu, a Welcome Back dialog shows the amount your pride earned during your absence. Purchasing the Hoard meta-upgrade in the Bazaar extends how long back the offline earnings window reaches, which becomes increasingly valuable at higher income levels.

Meta-upgrades are permanent, cross-reign boosts available in the Bazaar (the western medallion on the main menu). They include: Mane (global passive income multiplier), Crown (empire Fortune multiplier), Merchant (reduces build costs), Hoard (extends offline cap), and Claw (increases manual sweep power). Each upgrade has multiple levels; the cost rises with each purchase.

Warcries are short-lived power boosts purchasable with coins directly on the game screen. Lion's Roar doubles your passive income for a limited time, while Frenzy quadruples sweep power. Activate them during a Lucky Coin window or while you're actively tapping to maximise the effect. Each Warcry has a coin cost displayed on its button.

Tap the Daily medallion at the top of the main menu (north position, gift icon). A gold notification dot appears on the medallion when a reward is available. Daily rewards refresh each calendar day — collecting them consistently provides a meaningful boost to your coin income, especially in the early Reigns.

Once you conquer the final authored Reign, the game enters Endless Mode. Each Endless Reign you complete adds a permanent stacking income bonus called an Ascension. There is no ceiling — your empire can grow indefinitely, and each Ascension makes the next Endless Reign more rewarding.

Yes. Open the Dossier screen via the profile icon on the main menu, then tap the pencil icon next to your ruler's name to edit it. Your custom name is saved locally on your device.

Open Settings (gear icon, top-left of the main menu). From there you can toggle music on or off, enable Reduced Flash to calm ambient animations, and enable Colour-Blind Aid which adds tier labels to enterprises so colour alone isn't the only indicator.
